Introduction

Credo Academy Principal Lisa Toh: Ms Toh
Ms Toh, Principal of Credo Academy, graduated with a Master of Education. She has
many years of experiences in the field of education, and has also served as the Principal of
two schools before; from teaching children, teenage students to working adult; Ms Toh also
serve as a lecturer at the Open University.
Under the leadership of Ms Toh, students are given a lot of room to develop their own
opinions and ideas. Ms Toh hope that the current and future younger generation
can learn more skills and their expertise can be easily discover. As for students; current
learning is their future asset. We can work together to build a better future.

Credo Academy Western Food Instructor: Chef David Kok
Chef David with multi linguistics abilities to convey western culinary actual concept. Chef David
will guide students starting from ingredients selection, cooking skills, mixing of sauces to plating;
all stages will need strict requirement for performance. His believe is hard work is more
important than talent; from basic, cooking skills to plating; diligent is the most important
aspect to success.
With his western culinary experiences will lead students to their future culinary pathway to their
dream job. Starting form classic to innovative western cuisine, Chef David will have his way to
shine. Many years of experiences made Chef David a magnificent western culinary Chef.
The process of cooking delicious western cuisine need to have the art. How to develop a
culinary skills with personal touch to meet demand of the current culinary world is essential.
With Chef David saying, the students learning process is his responsibility
and the students future success will be his pride.

Credo Academy Pastry Instructor: Chef Panni
The world of Pastry has no end. We should have the spirit of exploration and research at all
times. Chef Lim is good at R&D and conveying the correct concept of pastry, from material
selection to decoration.
In his early years, he served in a well-known pastry and hotel. Although he was young, he has
the experienced in pastry industries. As a trainer, he also realized his own principle and
experiences bring students to better future. From classic to trendy pastry, our Chef Lim will
have his way to develop a attractive end product. For Chef Lim, pastry is not about being
old-fashioned or innovative. Traditional pastry is our root. Good traditions should be preserved
and given new life in a modern way.
Pastry is a delicacy that need to be carefully design Each dessert contains the efforts of the
chef. Chef Lim's coaching quote is: Teach each student with heart, so that the pastry skills can
continue to be passed down to future generations.
